Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a VIE - AI sales process analyst to join the Sales team. The position will be based in London, and start 1 November 2026. You will report to the Head of Sales & Business Development.

You will primarily be responsible for:

  • Supporting the redesign and optimisation of sales processes through artificial intelligence and agentic AI solutions
  • Identifying, evaluating and implementing high-impact AI use cases across sales and marketing activities
  • Acting as the key liaison between sales & marketing and the Group AI & digital teams
  • Monitoring emerging AI capabilities and translating them into practical business applications
  • Transforming commercial reporting into actionable business intelligence
  • Designing and automating dashboards and performance tracking tools
  • Enhancing management reporting through data visualisation, automation and AI-powered insights
  • Producing strategic client profiles and executive briefing materials for senior leadership meetings
  • Analysing client activity, revenue trends and market developments
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, data, AI and digital teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Supporting key client working groups and selected commercial events

Your profile:

  • Technical skills: Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools (such as Python, TensorFlow or Power BI), data visualisation, dashboard automation, and business intelligence platforms
  • Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Number of years of experience: Internship or up to two years in a relevant field (sales, marketing, data analysis or AI)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, data science, computer science, engineering or related discipline; fluency in English required
