The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Recognise, develop & implement process improvements within the Sales organisation.

Support pipeline management using CRM tools (D365).

Act as a liaison between internal teams (Product, Membership, Client Services) when dealing with client requests.

Support end-to-end client onboarding processes in collaboration with the sales and membership teams.

Reporting, MI & CRM

  • Contribute to the management of sales data and critical KPIs to drive efficiencies and monitor performance.
  • Support the evolution of data production to improve business intelligence whilst supporting regular business requests for information, such as quarterly reviews.
  • Provide timely & trusted ‘useful’ data to help drive sales & to make informed business decisions.
  • Contribute to build out and management of CRM (D365).
  • Monthly invoicing process: act as a back-up initially, with a view to managing the process in the future.

Centralised Communications & Content

  • Provide a toolkit repository for all sales managers as their critical source of content, data, and processes.
  • Support Marketing with the creative direction for client content, offering a comprehensive library of stock content for front line use.
  • Support sales team with client pitches/decks/proposals in a structured process ensuring efficient output and quality of content.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitor landscape.
