This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing across Commcise and Substantive Research — two complementary firms within the Euronext Investor Solutions area. You will own the end-to-end marketing function for both firms — market leaders in their respective spaces — managing their existing products (data offerings, SaaS platforms, and client services), spearheading our new Analyst Rankings product launch, and driving the marketing effort for future new product launches as the firms continue to innovate. These are category-defining solutions reshaping how the industry consumes and acts on data. You will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with Sales, Product and leadership to build the demand engine that takes our growth to the next level.

Why This Role Matters

We have proven products, delighted clients, and a market that is ready — we need the right person to connect those dots with precision, creativity and commercial relentlessness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership– Develop a content strategy that builds the company — not just its leaders — as THE trusted voice in the industry.
  • Produce evergreen and topical content mapped to each product and buyer cycle: whitepapers, case studies, webinars, PR and insights.
  • Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
  • Manage pre- and post-event content programmes to maximise each event's pipeline contribution.
  • Own the marketing tech stack including intent data tools, contact sourcing platforms and buying signal monitoring.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales to manage and optimise the funnel — from first touch through to conversion — across digital channels and referral sources.
  • Product Marketing– Define distinct value propositions and messaging for each product and target audience segment.
  • Ensure website copy always reflects the latest positioning.
  • Physical & Digital Marketing Strategy– Own end-to-end event strategy and execution: planning, logistics, follow-up and ROI tracking.
  • Run the inbound digital strategy including SEO, paid channels and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Analytics & Performance– Define KPIs with leadership and report on them consistently.
  • Track campaign performance and ROI; use data to continuously optimise channels, campaigns and messaging.
  • Present clear, actionable marketing dashboards to the leadership team.
  • Work with Product and Account Management teams to sharpen positioning.

WHO YOU ARE

Essential

  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, financial data or SaaS.
  • Strong content and messaging instincts — you can write a compelling one-liner and a 10-page whitepaper.
  • Data-driven: you make decisions with evidence and can translate numbers into narratives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing quality or momentum.

Desirable

  • Experience marketing data or analytics products to institutional or professional buyers.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms, contact sourcing tools and marketing automation.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first 90 days you will have:

  • Conducted a thorough ICP analysis using existing client data and defined tight personas with buying signals.
  • Audited the current marketing tech stack and identified quick wins in intent monitoring and contact sourcing.
  • Built or refreshed at least one piece of high-impact content: a whitepaper, case study or event programme.

By the end of year one you will have:

  • Established a marketing strategy that demonstrates thought leadership and grows brand awareness.
  • Established a consistent, measurable demand generation engine.
  • Positioned the company as a recognised thought leader across its core product categories.
