In this role you will develop audience-led marketing strategies and integrated programmes to support the commercial goals of Euronext’s Secondary Markets. You’ll partner with business, sales, product and communications to translate priorities into marketing plans that deliver measurable impact. You’ll lead planning, campaigns and enablement across channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience and strong business outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape marketing in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a clear focus on commercial results.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into marketing strategies and integrated programmes that drive commercial impact.
  • Develop audience insights to inform planning and identify risk, opportunities and evidence gaps.
  • Lead cross-channel campaigns with content, events, digital activity and sales enablement to deliver programme objectives.
  • Define success measures tied to commercial outcomes and report on impact beyond activity.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making with evidence and recommendations.
  • Promote audience-led planning, reusable frameworks and continuous improvement across the marketing function.

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in B2B product or strategic marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and integrated programmes aligned to commercial objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, audience-led marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using insight and performance data to improve impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Commercial mindset focused on business outcomes and measurable impact.

Desirable: experience supporting complex B2B products/services; experience with AI agents for marketing; familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms; knowledge of audience segmentation and customer journey planning.
