Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Marketing Associate (VIE) to join the Strategic and Operational Marketing team. The position will be based in London, and start 1 October 2026. You will report to the Head of Strategic and Operational Marketing, David Ward.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across equities, derivatives, clearing, ETFs, indices and market data
- Coordinating campaign timelines, assets and approvals, and assisting with campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Supporting the delivery of conferences, webinars and client events, including logistics and attendee communications
- Assisting in developing marketing collateral, presentations and client communications
- Supporting social media activity and digital content publishing, and coordinating content updates across marketing channels
- Maintaining campaign documentation and project plans, supporting CRM and marketing automation activities, and helping manage budgets and supplier administration
- Conducting market and competitor research, supporting audience analysis and campaign planning, and helping identify marketing best practice and new opportunities
Your profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Interest in financial markets is desirable but not essential
- Curious and eager to learn, proactive and takes ownership, well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
