The Liquidity Manager performs the sourcing and ongoing management of liquidity on all Euronext FX trading platforms. They work with key internal and external stakeholders to define, communicate and achieve our liquidity provision plans and strategy with the aim to grow our FX trading business in line with the Euronext FX business strategy. The Liquidity Manager forms part of the global Liquidity Management team and uses their knowledge, analytical skills and key customer relationships to identify and exploit business objectives. Working closely with sales, product and development teams to maximise opportunities and help drive ADV and revenue.

Key Accountabilities
  • Supports the Liquidity Management function to build and sustain market share through existing and new LP relationships.
  • Drives ADV via the allocation of sustainable liquidity interactions based on understanding of clients’ needs, knowledge of market microstructure and analysis of trading data.
  • Performs data analysis and data management using business intelligence/analytics tools.
  • Provides pre and post sales support working closely with the Sales Team to help the sales process by giving clients an understanding of the role Liquidity Management plays.
  • Contributes to development of data analytics, processes and tools.
  • Maintains up to date industry and competitor knowledge to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Relay client feedback and new ideas to improve the Euronext FX product offering.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
  • 3+ years’ experience in the electronic trading industry.
  • Experience working as part of a global team.
  • University bachelor’s degree with high numerical content preferred i.e. Engineering, Science or Mathematics.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and electronic trading.
  • Deep knowledge of the FX market and structure nice to have.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships with all key relevant Liquidity Management personnel as well as Global/Regional Heads of eFX, eFX sales contacts and Prime Brokerage personnel.
  • Python skills required.
  • Technical competence and statistical/analytical mindset.
  • Results driven, pro-active self-starter mentality with a strong appetite to challenge the status quo and drive business improvements and optimization.
  • Ability to understand trading applications including e-commerce solutions.
