Euronext is seeking an Equity Sales to join its Global Equities Sales team in London. This is a client-facing commercial role focused on strengthening relationships with key sell-side and buy-side participants, growing existing business, and identifying new commercial opportunities across Euronext’s Equities franchise.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Cash Equities, ETFs, Market Data, and Post Trade, while partnering day-to-day with the existing senior London sales lead. The role reports directly to the Head of Equity Sales and will play a key role in supporting Euronext’s growth ambitions in one of its most strategic markets.

The ideal candidate combines strong market knowledge, commercial drive, and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of equity market structure, execution workflows, and trading trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across the London market, including brokers, banks, retail intermediaries, asset managers, and trading firms.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, providing insight into Euronext’s Equities, ETF, and broader trading ecosystem.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to cross-selling initiatives across Euronext’s product suite.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across key market participants.
  • Build strong engagement with equity trading desks, electronic trading teams and execution stakeholders.
  • Represent Euronext externally at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Gather and share client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support product and commercial strategy.
  • Work closely with Product, Market Data, Post Trade, ETFs, and other commercial teams to deliver a coordinated client experience.
  • Collaborate with the senior London sales lead to maximise client coverage and commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and high-quality client service.
  • Maintain accurate client activity records and pipeline management within CRM systems.
  • Support reporting on sales activity, client engagement, revenue trends, and commercial performance.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning and business development initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Equity Sales, Electronic Trading Sales, ETF Sales, Execution Services, Market Structure, or Capital Markets Sales.
  • Strong understanding of the London market ecosystem and key market participants.
  • Existing client relationships across sell-side and/or buy-side participants preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, market structure, trading workflows, and execution trends.
  • Understanding of electronic trading, algos, liquidity, and trading venue dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of post-trade processes and the broader trade lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
