Acting as the main contact for client enquiries and internal requests, providing prompt and professional support.
Managing client onboarding, including contract review and set-up on relevant systems.
Supporting clients and colleagues with questions about contracts, commercial terms and index products.
Assisting with revenue operations, including monthly reporting and account reconciliations.
Making sure our reporting and contractual processes are accurate and efficient.
Supporting teams across business development, finance, legal and marketing on exciting index product projects.
Suggesting new ideas to improve how we work and enhance the client experience.
Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues from across Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business or a related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); another European language is a plus.
- Experience in client service, account management or financial operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
