Gather and share client feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to support product and commercial strategy.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Market Data, Post Trade, ETFs, and other commercial teams to deliver a coordinated client experience. Collaborate with the senior London sales lead to maximise client coverage and commercial outcomes. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and high‑quality client service.
  • Reporting & Commercial Management – Maintain accurate client activity records and pipeline management within CRM systems. Support reporting on sales activity, client engagement, revenue trends, and commercial performance. Contribute to strategic account planning and business development initiatives.

Experience
