The HR Product Manager leads the HR technology roadmap, delivery and optimisation of products that support the employee lifecycle. The HR Product Manager works closely with the HR Product Owner and the HR Leadership Team to turn strategy into clear priorities that deliver business value. The role maintains stable day‑to‑day HR operations while driving improvements that strengthen user experience and organisational performance. The HR Product Manager adapts quickly to ambiguity, shifting needs and a fast‑paced hybrid environment.
