About the Role
The FinApps Product Manager leads the finance systems roadmap, operations, and improvement of products that support global finance processes. The role works with Finance leadership and senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into clear, practical actions that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency. It ensures day‑to‑day finance system stability while driving transformation that enhances accuracy, automation and user experience. The role requires building strong relationships, adapting quickly to evolving business needs, and championing the effective use of technology, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and emerging AI capabilities. It is a high‑impact, hybrid product‑leadership role balancing BAU stability with forward‑looking transformation, requiring agility, curiosity, and confidence to switch between hands‑on problem solving and long‑term roadmap thinking.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering and supporting finance technology solutions in a complex environment
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including core finance modules
- Broad experience in finance transformation, process optimisation and automation initiatives
- Understanding of AI‑driven or automated workflows and how these can enhance finance operations
- Ability to balance strategic product ownership with hands‑on operational responsibility
- Effective vendor and contract management experience, including oversight of offshore or near‑shore teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior finance leaders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Clear, concise communication skills focused on business impact
