We're looking for an employment lawyer with 6+ years’ PQE to join our UK client’s in-house team reporting to the Group Head of Legal. This client is a leader in international financial services, and recognised as a great place to work.

This role is based in the south east, with a minimum of 3 days office based work, and 2 days at home. (Part time applicants can also be considered).

You can expect a busy and stimulating workload as the trusted advisor to the HR team and the business on current and forthcoming legislation and best practice. You'll manage dispute resolution and tribunals where necessary, take on project leadership work, draft contracts, policies and procedures, and work with lots of autonomy.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor or barrister, and ideally have a combination of law firm experience and some in-house experience, with a core specialisation in employment law. You’ll be pragmatic, commercially savvy, an excellent communicator, and you’ll embrace being a critical part of an international business.
