This client offers a great working environment, market-leading flexibility (on site, hybrid or potentially remote), and you'll undertake challenging work as part of an international company.

You can expect a stimulating workload as a trusted advisor on all employment law issues, legislation changes, and managing any disputes.

You'll bring your prior experience of advising large businesses, likely gained in a law firm or a mix of law firm and in-house.

You'll

  • Advise on current and forthcoming employment related legislation and best practice, mitigating legal risk
  • Importantly, you'll work across international locations with local counsel.
  • Manage employment dispute resolution and tribunals through to completion, liaising with external lawyers where necessary
  • Take on project work, often across locations
  • Draft employment contracts
  • Draft, update or amend policies and procedures.
  • Work with lots of autonomy, but also collaborate with other members of the legal team, or other teams within the business
  • If you've worked in the UK and also had some experience working in another European jurisdiction, that could be a real asset.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor or barrister, and ideally have a combination of law firm experience and some in-house experience, with a core specialisation in employment law.

You’ll be pragmatic, commercially savvy, an excellent communicator, and you’ll embrace being a critical part of an international business.

You’ll benefit from hybrid working, being part of a thriving and stable business offering flexibility, competitive pay and market leading benefits.
