Requirement : Need Techs with Industrial work background with 3 years of relevant experience in DSS and MDM (Mobile Device Management) with SNOW knowledge.
Language: Approachable and Strong English language skill.
Driving License : A Must
Candidate should possess 4-5 years of experience in supporting laptops, desktops, and smartphones (both i OS and Android).
Additionally, they should have a background working in an industrial environment and a strong understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) protocols.
Key responsibilities and qualifications include
- - Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- - Basic network troubleshooting.
- - Preparing laptops & Smartphones and assisting users directly.
- - Proficiency in Google Workspace and a digital environment.
- -Stock management and to conduct monthly audit , have knowledge of Service Now is preferable for ticket management
- -Hardware repairs(laptop/desktop out of warranty) & warranty processing(coordination with OEM for device repair)
- -Reimage devices in case of OS not recoverable & Software installations
