We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service. In this fast-paced, varied role, you will work closely with all staff across the Group, offering advice on employee relations, policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Support employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with HR Manager on Company’s long-term people strategy.
- Accurately record notes during meetings and prepare detailed formal HR documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding activities.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, final documentation, and ensuring a smooth, positive departure experience for leavers.
- Provide probationary advice and guidance to managers and new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Administer and maintain HR systems and databases.
- Manage and maintain the internal intranet site, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Compile and distribute a quarterly internal newsletter, sharing updates, news, and employee engagement content.
- Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement projects.
- Carry out other general HR administrative duties.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Significant experience in handling employee relations matters.
- Proven knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- This role is a full-time position, office based, Monday to Friday.
