Your Mission
As an HR & Finance Manager, you are responsible for managing, coordinating, organizing, and carrying out HR (~75%) and Financial (~25%) tasks for the Plant. You work closely with the Plant Manager, the local managers, and the staff in day-to-day activities to comply with legal requirements and interact within our international Group Environment.
As an HR & Finance Manager, you are the local process owner of the following processes: HR and Finance.
Your Responsibilities
PART I: HUMAN RESOURCES
- You ensure the complete operational management of the employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, job and compensation changes, training, performance, disciplinary actions, exit; various administrative tasks (i.e., keeping employee documents up to date).
- You actively participate in the recruitment process for temporary staff, blue & white collars, and build contact with local recruitment agencies.
- You ensure the time & absence management and the payroll process with an external partner: delivery of regular and variable pay, clocking in/out & absence data.
- You act as a key person for the communication & collaborative climate in the plant (being the contact person for employees).
- You coordinate internal meeting preparations and follow-ups as well as the organization of external events.
- You support the daily contact with customers and external partners.
- You coordinate Onboarding & Staff Training based on organization and individual needs.
- You handle Health Management needs (e. g. medical checks, absenteeism, reintegration, emergency plans).
- You support the plant management team in regular KPI reporting.
- Implementation of the Group internal policies, in alignment with the local law.
PART II: FINANCE
- You support the Plant Manager during the yearly budget rounds.
- You ensure forecast management and deviation analysis and propose an action plan if needed.
- You manage accounting provisions.
- You manage & track order and billing processes.
- You ensure the correctness of the P&L data.
- You ensure all accounting reconciliation with the local management team (stocks, e.g., logistics, spare parts with maintenance).
- You consolidate & control the reliability of management data indicators.
- You consolidate monthly & annual financial data.
- You ensure that the Plant\'s accounting elements are monitored in regular contact with the Group\'s finance team.
PART III: General
- You prepare internal & external HR, and financial audits or support other audit needs.
- You take care of all organizational office needs.
- Ensure various tasks associated with the Plant Manager’s assistant position: travel expenses, organization of meetings/events, or business trips.
- Ensure compliance and update of processes & procedures in your area of responsibility
🔧 What you bring to the table:
- You have a diploma related to Human Resources and/or Finance.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in HR function.
- You have experience in accountancy or financial topics is a plus.
- You have profound knowledge of HR flows and processes.
- You have knowledge of Accountancy flows and processes is a plus.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the local labour law.
- You have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You are flexible, enjoy a variety of tasks, and are proactive.
- You work accurately and with the expected level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of using Finance or HR software (e.g. SAP, Workday) is a plus
