Somos Eurofirms, empresa dedicada al Reclutamiento y Selección del mejor talento, por encargo de nuestro importante cliente, líder en el rubro de productos para el cuidado personal, nos encontramos en búsqueda de la persona idónea para ocupar el cargo de PROMOTOR DE VENTAS.
Funciones:
- Demostrar y promocionar de manera ética y profesionalmente, la imagen de la marca dentro de los locales de distribución de los clientes, respetando los lineamientos y políticas de la empresa.
- Realizar las ventas Sell Out a fin de contribuir con los objetivos de ventas del negocio.
- Brindar orientación e información de las bondades tecnológicas de cada producto de la marca, con el objetivo de realizar ventas satisfactorias que generen fidelidad en los clientes.
- Elaborar reportes de información sobre ventas, actividades/movimientos de la competencia, a fin de que el área comercial genere acciones para competir de manera satisfactoria en el mercado.
- Asistir a reuniones de trabajo, capacitaciones, evaluaciones, que la empresa organice en su beneficio profesional y el de la empresa.

Horario:
Lunes a Jueves de 2pm a 9pm y Viernes a Domingo de 11 am a 9 pm, con 1 día de descanso miércoles.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en cargos similares: atención al Cliente; técnicas de demostración y promoción de productos, y conocimientos básicos de ventas (Retail - deseable).
- Secundaria Completa.
- Habilidades para relacionarse con público en general, orientación a las necesidades de los clientes, proactividad, habilidad para comunicarse, orientación a brindar servicio y alcanzar objetivos.
