We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our fantastic team at our site based in Heathrow, Midlands or Birchwood Park. This dynamic position blends strategic project coordination with high-level business support, ensuring the effective operation and delivery of key initiatives within the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, the role contributes directly to the execution of business priorities and the smooth running of cross-functional workflows. Success will require outstanding organisational capabilities, sound judgment, initiative, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Coordinate and monitor strategic projects, supporting planning and delivery
- Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and performance updates
- Enable effective cross-departmental communication and accountability
- Organise and facilitate workshops, reviews, and project meetings
- Identify operational risks, flag delays, and propose corrective actions
- Collate data and insights for business intelligence reports and dashboards
- Diary management for business line leadership team engagements
- Support preparation of meetings including attendees, agendas, records, and action tracking
- Contribute to internal and external communications, including briefings and presentations
- Prepare stakeholders for key business engagements and interactions
- Handle sensitive records and information with discretion and care
- Monitor priorities and key deadlines to ensure leadership alignment
- Background in high‑paced administrative or operational environments
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Clear and confident communication skills across stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Creation and management of complex projects including:
- Timeline and milestone creation and tracking
