We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Regional Supervisor to support our Collection Technician network across the Midlands. This is a dynamic role combining field-based coaching, auditing, training, and operational support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery within our UKAS-accredited drug and alcohol testing services.
Key Responsibilities:- Train, coach, and support Collection Technicians across the region.
- Conduct planned and unannounced audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and Chain of Custody (COC) requirements.
- Identify training needs and deliver retraining where required.
- Support recruitment, induction, and competency sign-off of new Collection Technicians.
- Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training and audit records.
- Support operational requirements, including conducting collections and providing tablet and system training.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Seren Laboratory Services Ltd, promoting quality, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
- Experienced in training and coaching individuals in a field-based environment.
- Trained in urine and saliva collection processes, including both digital and paper-based collections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midlands region.
