The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Quality Management System within our Biopharma Services.
Job Responsibilities
- Administration of eLIMS-BPT.
- Administration of IT systems.
- Approval of procedures, protocols, reports.
- Approval of certificates of analysis.
- Support the resolution of quality issues.
- Review and approval of exceptions.
- Management of quality KPI and metrics.
- Management of site communications on quality topics.
- Review and approval of calibration and qualification data.
- Support activities related to the eLIMS-BPT Metrology module.
- Support activities related to stability studies and the eLIMS-BPT Stability module.
- Completion of self-inspections.
- Support the compilation of information for client audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support the hosting of client audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support client audit and regulatory inspection responses.
- Providing information to clients.
- Coordination of quality technical agreements.
- Management of controlled documents.
- Administration and control of external documentation.
- Operation of the supplier approval system.
- Support the controlled substance process.
- Deputise for QA management, as needed.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to the QMS.
- Delivery of QMS and eLIMS-BPT training
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences is preferred.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Experience in a GMP- or GLP-regulated environment, without a degree in life sciences but with a third-level qualification.
- Deep knowledge of QMS.
- Excellent understanding of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent report writing and organisational skills.
- Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
- Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work.
- Passionate about quality and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.
