Reporting to: Managing Director; responsible for all accounts in the cluster, strategic and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: responsible for all accounts in the cluster and business development, strategic planning, setting long‑term goals, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, and collaborating with other departments and clusters to identify needs and opportunities.
- Revenue: ensure accounts deliver expected revenue and profitability, managing overall revenue of minimum €7 m+.
- Project Management: supervise the research team to deliver projects on time with high quality; support teams during client meetings and for complex or strategic research proposals or tenders.
- People: manage a minimum of ten team members directly or indirectly, mentor teams in research skills and career development, and manage team budget and resources.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of higher education with knowledge in market research and/or sensory research.
- Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
- Significant experience in a research manager role at SAM or similar companies.
- Experience leading and mentoring research teams.
- Skills in managing budgets.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and French.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong leadership abilities and organisational/problem‑solving skills.
