Job Overview
We are seeking a Biomolecule Production Scientist to support mammalian cell culture, transient transfection, and protein production workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in biochemistry or a related field who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced laboratory environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain mammalian cell lines using aseptic technique and ensure consistent supply for twice‑weekly transient transfection processes.
- Perform transient transfections and purify antibodies/proteins using automated equipment under supervision.
- Assist with molecular biology tasks such as cloning and plasmid preparation after training.
- Accurately document experimental procedures and results in client‑provided Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs).
- Analyze and summarize data upon training and contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Biochemistry or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
- Basic understanding of molecular biology techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Details
