Lead the operation and development of the Chemistry and Stability department.

  • Scheduling of team activities.
  • Primary batch audits.
  • Technical and data review.
  • Client communications and meetings.
  • Support the resolution of quality issues.
  • Write and review of exceptions.
  • Lead root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
  • CAPA.
  • Change controls.
  • Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
  • Writing and review of Chemistry procedures, protocols, reports.
  • Support self-inspections.
  • Support client audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

  • Degree in life sciences is preferred.
  • GMP- or GLP-regulated environment, and Chemistry role experience.
  • Stability storage and/or testing experience.
  • Excellent understanding of GMP.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to motivate others.
  • Excellent report writing and organisational skills.
  • Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
  • Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work.
  • Very strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and competencies in the required chemistry techniques.
  • Passionate about quality and customer service.
  • Excellent training abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.

Working Hours and Sponsorship

39 hours per week, 09:00 - 17:15 (4 days), 09:00 - 17:30 (1 day). Unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship for this role.
