This is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours per week flexibly between 07:00 – 19:00.
Role Overview
As an Equipment Compliance Analyst you will be ensuring that current equipment is maintained in line with GMP standards, and also assisting with the introduction of new equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- You will be checking instrument calibration and service data (Performance Verification and Preventative Maintenance data) for multiple analytical instruments or equipment e.g. HPLC, Dissolution equipment, KF, stability chambers, etc.
- You will support the introduction of new equipment / technology via documentation processes.
- You will write or update reports, SOPs and Calibration Protocols.
- You will be required to support Internal Audits and regulatory inspections.
- You will document data as dictated by client’s current policies and procedures.
- Provide support to ensure the compliance and integrity of quality systems to maintain GMP and any associated remedial activities and deal with client queries and contact designated personnel, with appropriate support from onsite leadership.
- You will work with multiple project teams so will be required to work flexibly.
Qualifications
- You will have a degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering or chemistry is required. Significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
- You’ll possess a sound, fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques.
- You have previous relevant experience of pharmaceutical product analysis and/or manufacturing and proven experience of validation of analytical equipment in a GMP setting.
- You are competent in authoring Quality documents based on templates.
