This is a fulltime, permanent position, working a flexible 37 hour week, Monday – Friday. As a Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist you will support the Clinical Supply Operations team in the areas of receipt, packaging, labelling, warehousing, stock management and distribution of clinical supplies. You will also provide support in data entry, data processing, document management, metrics, order request and completion and other items required to support the area.
Job Responsibilities
- You will manage and maintain both physical and electronic documentation within a GMP‑regulated environment, including mailbox management, filing, archiving, document control, quality checks, and ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and completed to the required quality standards.
- You will support operational activities through data entry and administration across GMP and non‑GMP systems, including inventory and distribution platforms, SharePoint, scheduling tools, reporting systems, and the creation and maintenance of electronic document packages and protocol‑specific folders.
- You will coordinate materials and logistics processes, including stock monitoring, usage tracking, label and supply printing, shipment preparation, raising and tracking deliveries, and ensuring clinical supplies are delivered in accordance with cGMP and client requirements.
- You will monitor requests, orders, timelines, and departmental metrics, proactively escalating issues where required, troubleshooting operational challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service through continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, providing excellent customer service, responding to queries, supporting multiple projects and priorities, participating in meetings, and ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- You will maintain compliance with Eurofins, client, and regulatory requirements by completing all required training, adhering to quality, safety, and housekeeping standards, supporting team knowledge sharing and training activities, and demonstrating flexibility to provide cover and support across the wider business when required.
Qualifications
- You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Mathematics and English, with relevant industry experience and knowledge of cGMP environments being advantageous.
- You will have strong computer literacy skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to use software systems to support documentation management, operational processes, and reporting activities.
- You will have excellent documentation, organisational, and record‑keeping skills, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a regulated environment.
- You will hold excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will hold the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, strong time management, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
