We\’re actively seeking a Customer Service agent for our Calibration business.
We welcome all applicants who have a minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade 4 or higher in English and Maths) and with any level of experience. Training will be given either informally, or as a formal college course depending on experience. We are looking for someone with the desire to learn about customer service, business administration and sales to help our busy calibration department manage our worldwide customer base.
Upon successful completion of probation, further training will follow with a view to moving into a Calibration Business Development Manager post thereafter. The primary focus of Business Development is to find and onboard new customers.
