The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department
- Chemistry testing.
- Method verification.
- Laboratory house-keeping.
- Management of chemistry materials.
- Management of laboratory glassware.
- Management of laboratory waste.
- Maintain laboratory log books.
- Perform required inter-company support activities.
- Perform Lab Guard activities.
- Write exceptions.
- CAPA.
- Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.
- Builds a client-centric focus within the organisation by ensuring that internal processes are designed with the client in mind.
- Gets first-hand client information and uses it for improvements in services and products.
- Understands client concerns and demonstrates that solving their problems is a top priority.
- Regularly calibrates performance against client requirements and expectations.
- Builds long-term relationships with clients by understanding and anticipating their current and future needs.

Qualifications
Degree in life sciences is preferred.
Experience
- Experience in Pharmacopeia testing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in GMP- or GLP-regulated environment, and within in a chemistry role
