Part-time administrator to join our team as maternity cover on a 12-month basis. The working pattern can be flexible to fit the right candidate, but will be a set pattern totalling 20 hours within the office hours of Monday-Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm.
Main tasks include:
- Assisting our existing admin team with daily administrative tasks
- Dealing with customer enquiries by both telephone and email
- Creating and uploading customer certificates
- Providing repair quotations and receiving purchase orders
- Liaising between customers and other staff members across departments
You must have good knowledge of IT systems and be comfortable using a variety of computer/online systems. The ideal candidate is organised and will have excellent communication between other members of staff and customers.
