We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our fantastic Workplace Drug Testing (WDT) Sales team based out of our Midlands site in Tamworth. As a Sales Manager, you will establish, plan and implement strategies for the development and delivery of all sales activities in alignment with the Business Line strategy in Eurofins- Workplace drug testing Sector.
Important Information
- Due to the sensitive nature of our work, this role will require the successful candidate to achieve NPPV3 + Security Clearance (SC). To be eligible, you must have 5 years’ continuous UK residency.
- As part of the vetting process, you’ll be asked to provide information about your background, including your employment and address history, financial circumstances and details of close family or partners.
- Factors such as criminal convictions, financial difficulties or associations that may pose a risk could affect your ability to gain clearance.
- Ongoing employment is subject to maintaining the required level of clearance.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base with the objective to double in size within 4 years whilst also meeting agreed EBIT growth objectives, along with achieving growth and meeting sales targets by successfully managing sales executives and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
You will also be accountable for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Manage staff in accordance with organisational policies and applicable regulations. Provide line management to team members, address training and development needs, evaluate performance and provide appraisal.
