This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This role will be a part time position, 32 hours per week.
Job Description
- Support Hiring Managers across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including raising recruitment requests, drafting and publishing adverts, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and delivering constructive candidate feedback.
- Manage all PSS UK & Ireland and Biopharma Product Testing vacancies through SmartRecruiters, ensuring a high level of system accuracy and compliance at all stages.
- Maintain full compliance with recruitment processes and policies, including completion of security clearance forms, medical questionnaires and adherence to the Eurofins Recruitment Policy.
- Ensure all right-to-work checks are completed accurately, obtaining and verifying appropriate documentation in line with legal requirements.
- Stay up to date with UK & Ireland recruitment legislation, including visa sponsorship requirements, to ensure a compliant and informed hiring process.
- Maintain the Live Recruitment Report, ensuring all vacancies are accurately tracked, updated, and aligned to current recruitment activity.
- Build strong, credible relationships with Hiring Managers, developing a deep understanding of their teams, hiring needs, and long-term workforce strategies.
- Provide expert recruitment advice and market insight to support informed, effective hiring decisions.
- Champion the Eurofins employer brand, ensuring candidates receive a professional, engaging and informative experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Support the ongoing development of the in-house recruitment function by contributing to initiatives such as job fairs, careers events, and wider talent attraction activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple sites and functions.
- Experience of working within an internal recruitment/HR setting.
- Experience of using a variety of media for candidate generation, including online recruitment channels and social media.
- Knowledge of UK & Ireland recruitment legislation.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
- Competent in using ATS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and training sessions.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management across HR, operational teams, and senior leadership.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
