The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide high quality customer care to Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics UK new & existing customers for in house & referral laboratory testing services by phone, email, and Teams. You will maintain and develop rapport with existing & new customers and support the growth of the business in the UK. Be the face of the business, account contact for all customers for Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics & Eurofins Clinical Genetics UK Ltd.

Manage all incoming emails into the commercial department & log on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Create new account users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for account contacts, invoicing, and communications. Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely manner with agreed KPI’s & logged on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Work with the sample reception and reporting team for incoming sample queries for customers samples. Work with phlebotomy team to ensure customers have access to blood testing appointments onsite. Responsible for promoting a professional manner and be an ambassador for Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics & Eurofins Clinical Genetics UK Ltd. Work and assist with any ad-hoc duties that contribute to the smooth running of the commercial department. Work with the Commercial Director and other members of the team to support the growth of the business with high quality customer care.
