This role does not offer sponsorship. 39 Hours per week. 09:00-17:15 (4 days), 09:00-17:30 (1 day).
Purpose of the post:
- Support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
- Chemistry testing, method verification, method transfer, method validation, method development.
- Technical and data review, including primary batch audits and peer review.
- Client management, including communications, meetings, and inter-company activities.
- Support the resolution of quality issues.
- Write and review exceptions.
- Lead root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
- CAPA and change controls.
- Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
- Writing and review of procedures, protocols, reports.
- Deputise for leadership, as needed.
- Support self-inspections.
- Management of UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA).
- Support client audits and regulatory inspections.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
- Member of a Global Council.
- Delivery of training.
Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrates leadership skills, good judgement, and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent report writing and organisational skills.
- Quality consciousness with the ability to consistently work to industry standards.
- Positive, methodical, tenacious, and innovative approach to work.
