The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.
- Chemistry testing.
- Method verification.
- Laboratory house-keeping.
- Management of chemistry materials.
- Management of laboratory glassware.
- Management of laboratory waste.
- Maintain laboratory log books.
- Perform required inter-company support activities.
- Perform Lab Guard activities.
- CAPA.
- Support equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences is preferred.
Experience/skills
- Experience in Pharmacopeia testing is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a GMP- or GLP-regulated environment and/or within a Chemistry role.
- Good understanding of GMP.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrates competency in work.
- Good organisation skills.
- Ability to follow management directives.
- Willingness to learn.
