Clinical Supply Operations Support Specialist

Full-time, permanent position. Working a flexible 37 hour week, Monday – Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain physical and electronic documentation within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Support operational activities through data entry and administration across GMP and non-GMP systems.
• Coordinate materials and logistics processes, including stock monitoring, usage tracking, and shipment preparation.
• Monitor requests, orders, timelines, and departmental metrics, proactively escalating issues, troubleshooting operational challenges, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, providing excellent customer service and meeting client expectations.
• Maintain compliance with Eurofins, client and regulatory requirements by completing required training and adhering to quality, safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Mathematics and English.
• Relevant industry experience and cGMP knowledge advantageous.
• Strong computer literacy skills, experience with Microsoft Office and software systems for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent documentation, organisational and record-keeping skills, high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, strong time management and multitasking.
• Positive, quality-focused mindset, quick learner, follow procedures, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement.
