Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as Key Account Manager for one or several clients. Direct communication before, during, and after project delivery.
- Project Management: Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects. Taking client briefs and writing study proposals. Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches. Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies. Contribute to negotiating contracts, specifications, technically, methodologically and financially. Ensure projects meet objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure project work meets agreed quality standards. Report writing with storytelling. Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations. Moderate expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes. Responsible for panel performance: analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution. Ensuring ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company’s strategic guidelines.
- Revenue: Share feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risks.
- People: Close collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub (in‑house data analysis team). Work closely with other sensory and research teams and the fieldwork team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in market research and/or sensory research.
- Knowledge of food and/or personal care / OTC pharma products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Rigorous, responsive and proactive.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines.
