Seren Laboratory Services Ltd in the UK is seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor to support our Collection Technician network across the Midlands.

This field-based role combines coaching, auditing, and training to ensure the highest standards of service delivery in our UKAS-accredited drug and alcohol testing services.

You will train and coach technicians, conduct audits, support recruitment, record-keeping, and travel extensively throughout the region.
