The predicted salary is between 30000 - 50000 ÂŁ per year.
Due to growth, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Cardiff on a fullâtime and permanent basis. You will lead, develop and manage the Sales team, growing the sales revenue of the Drug and Alcohol testing portfolio within family law.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in developing new opportunities and the Client Managers in maintaining relationships with Key Accounts to generate increased business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing plan to deliver against our company objectives.
- Manage the dayâtoâday activities and sales performance of the Commercial Sales teams.
- Train and mentor the Business Development and Client Management team to develop and implement sales skills and exceed target.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales and sales team management including field and Inside sales operations.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, with expert knowledge of pipeline management and the stages of a sales process.
- Experienced in managing teams remotely.
- Proven leadership abilities with skills to motivate and lead a team to achieve high performance.
- Experience of public sector procurement would be highly desirable.
- Prior experience of selling diagnostic and laboratory services would also be highly desirable although not essential.
