Due to continued growth within our Specialist Dealer Services division, we are looking for motivated and customer‑focused customer service advisors to join our busy and vibrant team.

The Role

As a customer service advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our external sales team and building strong relationships with our motor dealer partners. You will manage finance proposals from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy, and compliance at every stage. This is a varied, fast‑paced role that combines customer service, analytical thinking, and collaboration with both internal teams and external finance providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the external sales team and act as a key point of contact for motor dealers
  • Administer finance proposals from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Liaise with associated finance companies to secure funding approvals
  • Communicate finance decisions clearly and professionally to dealers
  • Assess customer circumstances to identify suitable funding options
  • Ensure all activity is compliant and aligned with Treating Customers Fairly principles
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service via telephone and email

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Numerate and confident in decision‑making
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in motor trade and/or finance

Full‑time role; Monday to Friday 9‑6pm, with rotational weekend working

25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service
