Eurocoaches Ltd is a family-run transportation company based in Bristol, specialising in coach and minibus travel. Established in 1978, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and competitive pricing, supported by a dedicated team of over 100 drivers.

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Weekend Operations Manager to run our busy weekends ensuring private hires, school contracts, FlixBus services and other work runs smoothly. You’ll be depot-based in Yate and responsible for making sure drivers and vehicles are fully prepared, jobs are covered, and customers are kept informed. You’ll also be expected to drive when required and hold the on-call phone throughout the weekend.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing coach, minibus and bus operations over the weekend
  • Allocating vehicles and resolving issues in real time
  • Communicating clearly with drivers and customers
  • Monitoring and supporting all live work
  • Carrying the on-call phone and responding as needed
Requirements:
  • PSV licence and valid Driver CPC
  • Good local knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas
  • Calm under pressure and highly organised
  • Confident communicator and natural problem solver
  • Flexibility to cover driving duties when needed
