Division: Group Technology Services (GTS). This is a permanent position, freelance/contract arrangements are not offered. Attendance in the office is required for a minimum of 8 days per month.
As a member of the M365 & Voice Squad, you will collaborate with skilled engineers to deliver a modern, unified collaboration experience using Microsoft 365 and Unified Communications (voice and video via Cisco and MS Teams). The team focuses on enabling digital transformation for the business.
Responsibilities- Deliver subjectâmatter expertise on Exchange, Office 365, and Outlook, emphasizing security, architecture design, migration, management, and support of implementations.
- Be an expert in Exchange/Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and thirdâparty solutions.
- Document designs, system configurations, governance, standards and procedures, training outlines and content, and service descriptions.
- Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to deliver solutions.
- Communicate, defend, and negotiate with stakeholders across divisions, tribes, and squads.
- Prepare quarterly plans.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or strong fieldârelated experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (2016, 2019, and Exchange Online) and Outlook.
- Knowledge/experience with technologies such as Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, mail security and compliance, ATP (Advanced Threat Protection), Data Loss Prevention, PowerShell and PowerCLI scripting, SMTP, SSL/TLS, DNS.
