  • Supporting the IT division in risk identification, analysis, response and monitoring
  • Produce regular reporting and ensure that is accurate and of high quality
  • Support the various IT departments in providing the appropriate evidencing upon closure of the mitigating actions and related issues

  • Participate in decision-making processes to ensure appropriate responses to risks
  • Collaborate with Risk Management to incorporate new or improved ERM components
  • Proactively communicate and increase risk and control awareness, knowledge, and expertise

Responsibilities

  • Support the IT division in risk identification, analysis, response and monitoring
  • Produce accurate, high-quality regular reports
  • Assist IT departments with evidencing after closing mitigating actions and issues
  • Attend team meetings as needed
  • Participate in decision-making to address risks
  • Work with Risk Management to enhance ERM components
  • Initiate communication to raise risk and control awareness

Skills Required

  • Strong organization, prioritization, coordination, reporting, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of security and/or IT Risk Management and control environments
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and security best practices
  • Knowledge of financial markets, FMIs, and CSD operations (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with control frameworks like ISO 27000, NIST, CIS-18, COBIT-5 (highly desirable)
  • Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
