About the Role
We’re looking for an Offensive Security Technical Coordinator to join our cybersecurity team and help lead proactive security testing initiatives. Your work will directly support the protection of our information systems and critical infrastructure. You’ll be a key part of our efforts to identify and address vulnerabilities before they become risks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ethical hacking, enjoys working across teams, and values collaboration, clarity, and purpose in their work!
What You’ll Do
- You will join the Offensive Security Center and coordinate activities like:
- Penetration Testing
- Red Team and Purple Team Exercises
- Secure Code Reviews
- Vulnerability Assessments
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and running offensive security testing projects
- Facilitating communication between internal teams and clients
- Encouraging and maintaining a coordinated work atmosphere
- Tracking and reporting key achievements, risks, and timelines
- Supporting documentation and administrative tasks
- Helping improve testing processes and standards
- Potentially running a small, coordinated team function
What Matters Most (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- Proficient in communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with cybersecurity or offensive security concepts
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving approach
- Understanding of core security principles: confidentiality, integrity, availability
- Knowledge of security standards like ISO27001 and OWASP Top 10
- Ability to work independently with integrity and discretion
- Comfortable handling critical/confidential information
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)

- Experience with both Unix and Windows systems
- Background in project management or coordinating technical teams

- Open to travelling to Belgium HQ if needed (up to 2 days monthly)
