About the team: The Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds, and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear, and is additionally responsible for IT service management for the operating entities of various Group markets. GTS operates its IT systems and services to deliver the agreed levels of service supporting business processes, both during normal operations and disaster recovery. The Virtual Infrastructure Services team aims to provide the best computing experience to Euroclear internal clients via innovative virtualized services through its Converged and Hyper-Converged infrastructures. About the role: We seek a new member for our “Virtual Infrastructure Services” team who is passionate about IT technology and automation. This role focuses on managing, supporting, and evolving the Cohesity Backup , Dell ECS Archive Solutions , Converged (VxBlock), Hyper-Converged (Nutanix) infrastructure, and various hypervisor technologies (VMware, Akropolis, Azure) in a 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities include designing and building automation solutions to reduce manual efforts and enhance team efficiency. Your responsibilities: Support the delivery of a consistent technology strategy and lifecycle management for infrastructures, especially the Cohesity backup & Dell EMC S3 infrastructure; Develop solutions based on business and technical requirements; Design architecture and project plans; Foster effective relationships with other IT experts; Coordinate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other teams; Participate in daily service support activities (incidents, alerts, changes); Provide on-call support outside business hours (24/7 duty); Contribute to disaster recovery management for virtual infrastructure; Consult with OS teams (Windows, Linux, Office, Tandem, Mainframe), projects, and customers; Support the private cloud strategy. Requirements: At least 5 years experience in service engineering or operations; Expertise in backup platforms, with minimum 2 years\’ experience with Cohesity in large IT environments; Expertise in archiving platforms, with minimum 2 years\’ experience with Dell EMC S3; Good experience managing VMware virtualization environments; Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure experience is a plus; Experience with VxBlock converged infrastructure is a plus; Passion for automation and DevOps; Knowledge of Ansible, Tower, and PowerShell; Storage infrastructure management experience is a plus; Fluent in English; French or Dutch skills are a plus; Experience working in agile environments; Proactive, energetic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on; Open to fast-paced technical and human environments; Ability to diagnose and resolve system issues quickly; Maintain performance under pressure; Analytical mindset; Team player; Open to change and evolution; Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle complex situations.
