Through rotations on our Graduate Scheme, you’ll gain hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer (Design, Build, Test & Support). You’ll explore multiple stages of the end‑to‑end system delivery lifecycle, with each placement building on the skills and knowledge gained in the previous one. In the "Group Business Solutions" division, we implement IT changes for our internal business clients and are at the start of our major tech system modernisation program.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Seeking graduates with a 2:1 (or predicted) in a STEM subject, with experience and interest in a programming language, object‑oriented beneficial.
• Emphasising interpersonal skills alongside technical ability.
• Utilise your keen analytical abilities and outstanding problem‑solving skills to navigate complex challenges with logical finesse.
• Excel with your excellent numeracy skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and producing high‑quality results.
• Offer constructive and empathetic feedback, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
• Work harmoniously with team members and forge strong, cooperative relationships across business units.
• Open to contributing to all aspects of software delivery - design, development, testing and support.

About The Team

The Group Business Solutions (GBS) division ensures the competitiveness of Euroclear by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our technical teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that doesn't compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
