An exciting role where you\’ll help maximise sales by coordinating existing opportunities, developing future prospects and assisting the Business Development and External Sales Teams
Main Purpose of Role:
To maximise sales by coordinating existing opportunities, developing future prospects and assisting the Business Development and External Sales Teams.
Main Responsibilities Specific to the Role:
- To manage a system for the effective monitoring of existing opportunities and to follow through their subsequent conversion into ‘Hot’ sales leads that can be converted by the sales force.
- To use the CRM system for the progression of projects prior to transfer of ownership to the relevant sales team member.
- To evaluate all information requests arising from the marketing program and maximise the opportunities.
- Using Barbour ABI and other suitable sources of information to identify and qualify suitable future opportunities and provide a comprehensive stream of qualified new business leads to the sales team.
- To manage the incoming project information from both our main contractor partner companies.
- To provide a quantified monthly report on new business leads and report on projects in process by sector.
- To assist the BD Manager in the attainment of new business targets.
- Telephone contact with architects, main contractors, installers, public authorities, government departments and partners to verify the nature and status of projects.
- Liaison with internal and external sales teams in the progress and handover of project leads.
- To work closely with the CRM Administrator in maximizing the efficient use of the database and other Marketing and Product managers in the generation of new enquiries.
