What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis
- Own the digital strategy in partnership with the M&S Travel Money marketing team — aligning plans with commercial goals and driving measurable growth.
- Monitor and report on performance across all digital and marketing campaigns, keeping a sharp eye on KPIs and revenue impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring we’re always one step ahead in the market.
- Lead SEO, PPC, PR, and CRO efforts, managing agency support and internal resources to deliver on KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Map and optimise the digital customer journey, collaborating with our Digital Customer Experience Manager to drive conversions and reduce friction.
- Maximise value from agency and partner relationships, holding them accountable for performance and pushing for high-impact outputs.
- Spot opportunities for improvement, both online and offline, identifying gaps and driving digital innovation.
- Manage the CMS and content lifecycle—from uploading and testing to publishing—ensuring a seamless, high-quality digital presence.

- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience in a full-time Marketing role, having experience taking on accountability for a successful strategy.
- Working with a wide plethora of marketing channels and tools, such as SEO, PPC, PR and CRO.
- Proven track record of managing joint marketing activity (ideally in a retail environment) ensuring delivery to time, budget, and specification.
