As a Cash Centre Processor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping us deliver on our promise to make foreign exchange better, simpler, and more convenient every day.
How You’ll Support Our Purpose
- Accurately process, count, reconcile, and record all cash orders, ensuring they meet customer requirements for value, quality, and currency type
- Complete “make-up” and “count-back” of customer orders, delivering precise and timely fulfilment
- Perform sign-offs and random desk balance checks to maintain our high internal quality standards
- Use approved cash management systems to accurately allocate, record, and report cash transactions
- Follow end-of-day procedures and dispatch protocols to meet daily targets
- Complete all paperwork accurately to provide clear, auditable records
- Reconcile bulk consignments in and out of the vault, escalating any discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation to support secure and efficient processing
- Follow all security, safety, and compliance procedures, including AML, KYC, Health & Safety, and Data Protection
- Support cash centre audits, investigations, and balancing duties
- Represent eurochange professionally in every interaction with colleagues, visitors, and suppliers
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations by being a dependable team player
