Location: Eurochange, Essex House, Rutherford Close, Stevenage, SG1 2EF

Shift Pattern: Monday - Sunday 5 out of 7

Explore How You’ll Support Our Purpose…

  • Ensure the phone is answered in a courteous manner and every effort is made to resolve the branch’s issue over the phone.
  • Ensure that the phones are answered within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure that all recording is completed promptly and all information is accurate.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed within set Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure that all communication to branch is clear and understood.
  • To ensure that any common issues / concerns are raised to your line manager promptly.
  • To perform core tasks assigned while ensuring that own caseload is managed and prioritised to conclusion.
  • You will be required to complete a branch visit to better understand the branch operation.
  • Ensure that your conduct is professional at all times with both colleagues and external visitors.
  • Follow all Health and Safety, Security, Data Protection and Anti Money Laundering policies.
  • Any other reasonable requests made by eurochange.
