As a Currency Consultant, you’ll play a key role in our Currency Team, helping us deliver accurate, timely, and compliant currency services that make foreign exchange better and simpler for everyone. Your work will directly impact our ability to keep shelves stocked and customers happy – making you a vital part of #Teameurochange.
Explore How You’ll Support Our Purpose
- Provide accurate, professional helpdesk support to branches and internal teams, resolving queries quickly to keep operations moving
- Process branch orders for currency and other products, ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and compliant with our standards
- Manage daily currency supply, working closely with couriers and suppliers to maintain efficient stock distribution and minimise delays
- Track, report, and escalate issues with stock levels or deliveries, helping protect branch performance and the customer experience
- Monitor the XTRIS system, updating settings and troubleshooting issues to ensure colleagues can serve customers without disruption
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships that enable smoother, more responsive service
- Liaise with our third‑party partners, understanding their brand requirements and ensuring our services meet their expectations
- Support accurate record–keeping for AML, GDPR, and compliance audits, ensuring we remain a trusted and legally compliant provider
- Complete daily tasks like day‑end processes and rate‑sending accurately, maintaining system integrity and financial accuracy
- Proactively identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement, helping us make currency management simpler and better for our colleagues and customers
- Share feedback and insights with the Currency Team Leader and Manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of our currency supply and operations
