Join Us as a Cash Centre Team Leader and Keep Our Network Running Smoothly
As our Cash Centre Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the smooth and secure running of eurochange’s outsourced cash centre environment. You’ll work closely with the Cash Centre Manager – Outsourced to ensure daily operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with eurochange policies and our partner’s protocols. You’ll provide guidance and operational oversight to agency colleagues, making sure service standards, reconciliations, and compliance requirements are met. In the absence of the manager, you’ll step up to lead operations, maintaining continuity, safety, and professionalism.

- Oversee day‑to‑day cash centre operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Guide Loomis agency colleagues in following eurochange standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor workflow and quickly address any variances in quality, pace, or accuracy to the manager.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including dual control, currency authenticity checks, safe access, and reconciliation processes.
- Support cash handling, counting, verification, and reconciliation of stocks.
- Oversee deliveries and dispatches to agreed specifications, ensuring documentation is accurate.
- Maintain up‑to‑date data entry and stock movement records in systems such as Xtris.
- Keep accurate shift logs, reconciliation documents, dispatch notes, and safekeeping records.
- Comply with health, safety, and site‑specific procedures, always prioritising personal and team safety.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication between Loomis colleagues, management, and eurochange stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding and familiarisation of new agency colleagues into eurochange processes.
- Build strong working relationships with partner site management, identifying and escalating risks or compliance concerns as needed.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships across different teams.
